Fall & Winter study

"Change doesn't happen for the Christian overnight. Growth is a lifelong journey."
Tripp and Lane masterfully guide readers toward biblical truths that lead to a life of repentance and faith. The How People Change study invites participants to consider their circumstances as well as their responses to them - examining their heart's desire and turning toward Christ.
Beginning September 2023, adults and teens are encouraged to join us for a 6 week study. We will have a main session together and then will breakout into groups for discussion. We will continue the study in the winter for another 6 weeks. Registration is required and childcare may be provided depending on the need.

Dates (every evening starts at 6:00 pm):
  • September 10, 2023
  • September 17, 2023
  • September 24, 2023
  • (We will take a week off for Coshocton County Fair)
  • October 8, 2023

Rooted and Renewed

"So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in Him, rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness." Colossians 2:6-7

Every third Saturday of the month at 10:30 am, our ladies gather together to study God's Word, encourage one another, and challenge each other. As women, we want to live a life that is rooted firmly in God's Word and daily renewing our minds to focus on the things above.

Ladies' bible study

Twice a year, our ladies gather together to encourage one another and help one another by studying Scripture. The study is open to ladies' of all ages who are wanting to learn more about the Word of God and grow spiritually. You can come knowing that you'll be loved, encouraged, and challenged as the group discusses Biblical concepts.
The next study will begin March 5, 2023 from 6 - 7:30 pm and will be a four-week study on holiness.

                                                                                     Biblical discipleship

Discipleship is the heartbeat of Fresno and is a one-on-one exchange of life. Fresno Bible mentors have been through the process themselves and gone through additional training in order to disciple someone else. Our goal is that you and your mentor become intimate friends, sharing lives and problems, answering questions and learning the Word of God together. If you are desiring to be discipled, you can sign - up today or get additional information on our FBC app or by contacting Jeff Flinner at 330-204-2778.

"Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Matthew 28:18-20 NIV

“Having gone through the discipleship program both as a disciple and then as a mentor, I just can’t say enough about this program. It’s valuable for both new Christians and people who have known the Lord along time, causing everyone to study the Bible references to common Christian beliefs and concepts." - Angie
